Spell Status Thread: Now Featuring Spells

So... Bard DoTs. They weren't ever on shared timers because bard twist spots were so precious that they wouldn't possibly use multiple tiers of them just to DoT a single target... but of course. I'm going to explore some options for how to keep bards from playing like Necros used to.
