Upcoming patch notes, on TEST server

*** Items ***

- Mount, Illusion, and Familiar Key Ring Slots have returned to the Marketplace.
- Mount, Illusion, and Familiar Key Rings now have a cap of 250 slots.
- If an item is stackable and has a convert button, one item from the stack will be consumed on the convert instead of the entire stack.
- Fixed Island Toxin to correctly reduce the target's melee accuracy and increased the duration from 12 to 30 seconds.
- Raised the tier of Improved Dodge on Shattered Mirror of Self-Loathing to VII.
- Bridle of the Balefire Wyvern will now de-summon the mount if clicked again.
- Gorowyn Translocator Lantern now notes "This item is placed on a ceiling."
- Scale Touched Dragonbrood Leggings now have Ferocity XI.
- Wrapped Conflagrant augments are no longer temporary and Wrapped Conflagrant type 5 augments stack to 20.
- The scrolls Ability: Enchant Conflagrant Platinum and Ability: Mass Enchant Conflagrant Platinum Are now enchanter only and will now teach their ability.
- Increased the drop rate of Conflagrant Silk.
- The charm instructions for Polished Ember Relic, Venril Sathir Charm, Ioulin's Warrant, and Conflagrant Charm of Security now correctly state that Ring of Scale armor is required.
- Corrected the visual appearance and icon of Phlogiston Tower Shield, Phlogiston Kite Shield, and Phlogiston Buckler.
- Fixed the name of Signet of the Forge Lord.
- Fixed the stat overrun error on Grave.
- Fixed the description for Fury of the Beast, the click spell on Beastlord chest items from Ring of Scale.
- Fixed the description of the latest Secretion, the click spell on Rogue leg items from Ring of Scale.
- Fixed the descriptions of Elixir of Clarity XIX, Spider's Bite Poison X, Bite of the Shissar Poison X, Elixir of Health XIX, Healing Potion XIX, Elixir of Healing XXI, Elixir of Spiritualism XIX, Elixir of Replenishment XIX, Spider's Bite Poison Strike XI, Bite of the Shissar Poison Strike XI on various potions and poisons from Ring of Scale.
- Changed the augmentation slot type from 7 to 8 on all Phlogiston gear.
- The energeiac slot in Ring of Scale group armor is now type 13.
- Changed the proc on Brilliant One Eye to Burst of Flames III.
- Phlogiston Longbow will no longer proc Disease-Corrupt Damage 70-100 L115. Disease-Corrupt Damage 70-100 L115 is now the focus and Spike of Corruption V is the proc.
- Many legacy Hero's Forge ornaments will no longer drop from higher level NPCs.
- Type 5 Tier 2 augments now drop in appropriate zones.
- Added the ability to place Draconic Poison, Acidic Abrasive, Drachnid Toxin, Phlogiston Miasma, and Draconic Formula in potion belts.


*** Tradeskills ***

- Added the /outputfile recipes command. This command prints recipes of the specified tradeskill that qualify you for greater than 300 skill bonuses to a file.
- Sub combine items for Crestra's Earring are now no-trade.
- Changed the text in the Ring of Scale poison book (Osbdosmn) to include a mention of Distilled AA ingredients and correct the reference to Sculptured Poison Vials.
- It is now possible to create Scorpion's Agony XIX, Strike of the Shissar XIX, Strike of Ssraeshza XIX, E`ci's Lament XIX, Myrmidon's Sloth XIX, Fighter's Bane XIX, Vallon's Tactic XIX, Tallon's Tactic XIX, Anger of the Shissar XIX, Hate of the Shissar XIX,
- Gelidran Lament XIX, Pyrilen Burn XIX, Monk's Bane XIX, Archer's Bane XIX, Warlord's Bane XIX, Messenger's Bane XIX, Quellious' Trauma XIX, Solusek's Burn XIX, and Hero's Toxin III poisons.


*** Quests And Events ***

- Ring of Scale raids will now drop the intended amount of coin 100% of the time.
- Fixed a few typos in Crestra's dialogs.
- Crestra's quests will be more forgiving if you fail to follow instructions and create the earring early. If you are already in a bad state, do something to update your inventory. (Loot a mob, hand in something to an NPC that returns the item, etc.)
- Fit for the New World - The guards on patrol will no longer re-spawn and are worth significantly less experience.
- End of Empire (mission) - The mission will no longer grant raid achievements.
- Balance of Power (mission) - fixed a bug that was making it impossible to succeed at the Unburnt achievement.
- Talendor (mission) - Fixed a messaging error that would say that the "Hard Way" achievement had failed by not killing all the raptors, when all of them had been killed.
- Talendor (mission) - Nexona no longer casts the raid version of Shadow Flames. Also, Talendor has gain hit points more appropriate to a mission for two groups.
- Talendor (mission) - The Veeshan's Peak mission for Ring of Scale now properly requires participants to have the key to Veeshan's Peak.
- Fell Foliage (mission) - Made this event more challenging.
- End of Empire (mission) - All three of the soldiers should drop shields.
- End of Empire (raid) - Warleader Hegron's corpse will no longer depop if he has loot.
- Chokidai Unbound - The chokidai will find a new master if it's current one goes invisible (or invisible to animals). If everyone in the group that is alive in the zone is invisible, it will run away forever and be sad.
- Chokidai Unbound - Lavalisks should no longer fail to spawn at the end of the quest, unless you do not have an egg for them to eat.
- Fixed a bug with some reward sets failing to offer experience for level 106+ players (ex. the tasks offered by Master Hunter Jilare in Shard's Landing.)
- The tasks 'All to Scale', 'Killing Claws', and 'Bipedal Dragons' no longer share a replay timer.
- Fixed a problem with three events that could erroneously send someone on a one-way trip to Qeynos.
- Balance of Power (mission) - NPCs in this mission will no longer give raid out of combat cooldowns or /con as raid level targets.
- Master Vule, the Silent Tear - This event is now instanced instead of open air contested. Speak to Margaret Hill in Dreadspire to launch the raid.
- Master Vule, the Silent Tear - Event has received various minor changes and improvements.
- Zi-Thuuli of the Granite Claw - The reward chest for Zi-Thuuli of the Graniteclaw should spawn at his location instead of on a random person in the Demi-Plane of Blood.
- Mayong Mistmoore (Demi-Plane of Blood) - The openings that allow special item debuffs to be applied to Mayong will stop occurring if he is high health related to the number of special item debuffs that have been applied.


*** Spells ***

- Bard songs now display full casting information similar to normal spells when a bard begins to sing.
- Bard songs no longer display a message when the song ends or is interrupted.
- Beastlord - Increased damage, HP, AC, and skills of all level 106+ warders. Increased the level of pets focused by Enhanced Minion XIX and higher.
- Cleric - Increased the damage dealt by Unyielding Hammer of Zeal.
- Cleric - Corrected the spell description for Divine Response.
- Enchanter - Increased damage, HP, AC, and skills of Nureya's Animation.
- Magician - Increased damage, HP, AC, and skills of all level 106+ elementals. Increased the level of pets focused by Enhanced Minion XIX and higher.
- Magician - Fire pets will properly cast Frenzied Elemental Bolt again when under the effect of Frenzied Burnout.
- Necromancer - Increased damage, HP, AC, and skills of all level 106+ servants. Increased the level of pets focused by Enhanced Minion XIX and higher.
- Paladin - Remorse for the Fallen will now affect spells up to level 110.
- Shadowknight - Increased damage, HP, AC, and skills of Minion of T'Vem.
- Shadowknight - Remorselessness will now affect spells up to level 110.
- Shadowknight - The Glowing Clawed Tablet of the Ring of Scale will no longer grant duplicate scrolls.
- Shadowknight - The Glowing Marked Symbol of the Ring of Scale will now grant Scroll: Touch of T`Vem Rk. III in addition to the other level 110 items.
- Shaman - Increased damage, HP, AC, and skills of Mirtuk's Faithful.
- Wizard - Increased damage dealt by Virnax's Pyroblade.
- Wizard - Corrected spell descriptions for Funnel of Frostbite and Claw of Qunard.


*** AA ***
- Paladin, Shadowknight - Enduring Reproval will now focus the level 108 combat ability Spurn.
- Berserker - Ranks 4-5 of War Cry of the Braxi will now trigger the correct spell.
- Mercenary - Changed the prerequisite for rank 11 of Healing Acumen and Mystic Destruction to be rank 15 of Improved Spell Resistance rather than rank 16.
- Monk - Fixed a missing 30s duration extension on ranks 28-30 of Zan Fi's Whistle.
- Paladin - All ranks of Divine Protector's Unity now include the buff Silent Piety.
- Rogue - Removed the restriction which required you to be invisible to activate Shared Stealth, which fixes the bug where the ability would not last its intended duration if the recipient was invisible.


*** NPCs ***

- Heroic Adventure NPCs will now scale more appropriately at higher levels instead of being drastically easier than similarly leveled content.
- Overthere (RoS) - Praetor Scout Ellidia is now findable.
- Ring of Scale NPCs in base zones now sometimes drop cash loot.
- Made the following changes to the rares in Gorowyn:
- - Increased the spawn rate of rares.
- - Changed the placeholder of Head Boiler Akett to a soup boiler so that he is no longer on the same fast-respawning encounter as the meat broilers that are quest targets.


*** Mercenaries ***

- Fixed a bug that could result in the loss of mercenary experience at higher levels.


*** Collections ***

- The items for the 'Rocks and or Boulders' collection set will now correctly spawn in Veeshan's Peak replacing the errantly spawning set 'Dragonhunter's Folly'.


*** Progression Servers ***

- Enrid Ebonclaw is now available when Omens of War unlocks.
- The Curse Begins - This task can now be completed in era. Nisha Lightbrook's spawn is now restricted to Dragons of Norrath.
- The Ring of Scale Painting can now be claimed after House of Thule has unlocked on the server.


*** Miscellaneous ***

- Target decals have been correctly sized. Previously they were off by about 10% from the actual size.
- Race Change Scrolls will now properly grant racial skills.
- Fixed a client crash that could occur when logging into the game or logging out to server select.
- Corrected an issue with /target not consistently working on corpses, or players with a corpse in the zone.
- Veeshan's Peak - Ring of Scale - Everyone will need the proper key to be in the zone.
- Corrected a bug where collection items for Sathir's Tomb and Howling Stones could drop from the wrong location.


*** UI ***

- Added pagination to the guild management window.
- - By default, the page size is 100.
- - This greatly improves responsiveness and performance of the window for large guilds.
- Alternate Currency Parcel Vendors will now properly mail your items.
- The Merchant Window now displays expanded coin cost as a tooltip.
- Added a default text color for the UI.
- Purchasing an item will no longer cause the merchant window to scroll back to the top every time.
- Corrected an issue where the client could crash when changing loot filter settings.
- The bazaar and find item windows UI positioning has been adjusted.

Cactus mission is to be more challenging, this could be interesting!

And of greatest importance pets seem to be getting a buff!

There's a lot of changes in this patch, hope everyone reads and evaluates whats happening.

Additionally they are changing the most ui components at once I've seen in a while, people going to have some busted uis when this patch hits live.

The way the Alliance spells work (and why they won't overwrite/refresh) is that each heal that is landed casts (for the shaman alliance):
Blessing of the Ancients III
1: Increase Hitpoints by 11820
AE Range: 60

and once ALL (120) of the counters for the alliance are used, it casts:
Blessed Fulmination III
1: Increase Hitpoints by 105932
AE Range: 80

So if you could refresh the alliance or overwrite someone else's the 100k AE heal would *never* fire off.

The issue is, of course, that because it won't let us over-write, there will always be periods of time when the tank has no alliance. I have a timer...but instead of re-casting it on the tank when I 'can', I have to wait...and often by the time alliance has completely dropped off the tank, I am doing other things and haven't the time to re-target and re-cast.

It may be a nice spell, but it's a pita to use.

So the bonus heal ends up being more useful than the fulmination?
