Yellow? This isn't Nascar. It is all fine and dandy and such, but it will get totaled before you are any where close to paying it off and then you will be upside down by $5,000 or more on the loan.

There is no such thing as "full coverage". Most people think physical damage coverage for the vehicle means full coverage. There are to many coverages with to many levels to ever use the term "full coverage". GAP coverage on the loan will. And, if you bought it brand new, replacement car coverage wouldn't hurt either.

You were late driving a Mustang? Apparently you were not driving it properly.
Nice car, congrats.

Sweet ride Derdarr!! Adding another Mustang to the CN family! So far I see a Yellow, Cherry Red and my Lime Green Mustang in the stable. Gorgeous car!! It does look like Bumblebee. I like the stripes. I might go with that kind of stripes instead of the GT500 stripes. If you ever want to add some Mods to it let me know I have a few (about 10) sites to send your way. =)

I just bought a 1966 Corvette Coupe with under 60k miles on it... its a sweet ride too
I'll post some pictures once it gets dropped off at the door from the auto shippers

Ultra gaaaaaaay Ford. Pssh. (sorry, I'm a Chrysler girl, and being from MI.. pretty sure I know best)
(and for the record, I have nothing against gays, or gayness, or whatever.. I voted yes on referendum 74)

Re: my new ride :) well once its paid for
I'm curious as to why you'd use the word as a slur then? Nice car Derdarr, too bad about the color

Re: my new ride :) well once its paid for
The word gay in and of itself is not a slur. It originally meant "bright or showy." That ugly yellow definitely qualifies on both counts. It also means "carefree," "uninhibited," and "joyful". It was around the mid-20th century that the word was used to denote on a regular basis homosexuals. As such it is not a slur unless used maliciously against someone who isn't gay.Nlannie wrote:I'm curious as to why you'd use the word as a slur then? Nice car Derdarr, too bad about the color

Thank you Tarvas.
That said, and now that I'm no longer cloudy from pain and fatigue. Congrats on the car dude. New vehicles are always exciting...................................even if it is a Ford in a bright showy color. Although mildly embarrassing that the original post is a year old. (Again.. very cloudy last night)
Which means people need to start posting more images. Except Goofy and OER, they're not allowed to post images.

and p.s.
Yes, that's the Optimus Prime truck from the new transformer movies. When they were filming the 3rd movie here in chicago a few years back I happened to have had to head to a job site on lower wacker right where they were parking all the autobot cars.
I'm an old school fan of the cartoon but I still had a bit of a nerd out when I was pulling up and saw them!
