Concert

Def Leppard/Journey

Cricket Pavillion, Phoenix

Tuesday, August 22nd 7:30PM

Tickets go on sale 4/1/06

You may think these are crappy 80s bands, but I can say for sure Def Leppard is one of the best shows, period. Journey has to be good also. I'm going. Buying tickets tomorrow morning. Getting a hotel room and coming back the next evening. If anybody wants to meet up and party, let me know.

Aww, I would LOVE to see that show. Def Leppard is one of my top 10 favorites, hehe. Too far away for me though. 8(

/post derail

Going to high school in the 80's who had these bands in their tape players? Def leppard for the pre football game festivities and hopefully Journey's greatest hits for the post football / after party / stop on the way taking the girlfriend home. :twisted:

OK...so that Journey tape still plays pretty well, BUT I had to get at least 3 Def Leppard tapes.

Oh the memories;

Someday love will find you. Break those chains that bind you....

I saw Def Leppard when they were here in Phoenix last summer and it was an awesome show. I'm going to try to see this one also, two great bands.

Pour Some Sugar on ME! Oooh In the name of Love!!! Pour some sugar on me! Come on!

Yeah, ok, so Def Leopard is still in my tape collection... I'm sure that sooner or later, it will end up like my New Kids on the Block Collection, Poisen Collection, Bad English, Metallica, White Snake, Debbie Gibson, Paula Abdul, Janet Jackson, and Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaany others....

In a CD Form hidden away from the rest of the world, in fear of exposing my true self....

The 80's junkie....

Looks like this concert is probably already sold out. I bought tickets online when they became available and the only seats left were in the back. The pre-sale lotto got all the rest. I'm thinking of giving my 2 $55 seats away and paying $300 for 2 seats in the first 7 rows.
