Not sure where it goes but here it is

Name: Izzumn Laughfactory(Main)
Class: Enchanter
Level: 70 (285ish aa's)
Flags: [Pre-PoP Keys] Sebilis Key
[Planes of Power] Plane of Justice Trial
[Planes of Power Middle Tier] Bastion of Thunder Tower Key
[Planes of Power Middle Tier] Tower of Solusek Ro Flag
Halls of Honor
Plane of Tactics

Clicky buff item.. Satff of the serpent (speed?)
Charmweaver's robe (Hate reduce buff)

A little of me and for all to know...

What are a few things you enjoy most about your class?
-I enjoy the complexity and challenge of being the best chanter I can with the ability and items I have. And knowing that when the cleric starts to sweat I help with what I do best.

What are a few things you enjoy most about playing EQ?
- Mainly it is the challenge of being one of the weakest (HP) charectors and still being ably to pull stunts like Tashing Innaruck and make it out alive. And knowing that when things go south and I can't stop it at least a few others make it out alive.

Give us an example of what you normally do when you play right now. What does a typical evening of playing EQ look like?
- Normaly I say hi to the friends and guild mates that are on and find out what is going on and where I am needed. If that doesn't work I go LFG and farm items for tradeskilling for myself or friends.

Tell us some of your short and long term goals for your character.
- in the near future I hope to complete my epic 1.5 (half done already) and work on getting more DoN progressions done. For the long haul, get a key for Anguish and my 2.0 plus seeing how many people I can help get what they need and want.

When do you normally play EQ? What is your time zone?
- normaly I my play starts 5-6 eastern and ends 10-11, weekends its as long as the Mountion dew holds out and starts 8-9 am.

Please list your alts on this server (just names).

- Nmuzzi 16 mage (bazaar mule)
- Pickitupp 14 ranger

-Please tell us which other guilds you have been a part of and why you chose to leave.

- Soldiers of Steel --- was a member for 3-4 years untill most of the members left for higher guilds and hard raiding guilds. I was the guild leader for a time btu only as I was the longest known member at the time.
- Gardians of the Throne --- Found new friends here and grew with them and enjoyed all the fun we had surviving in Norrath. Most of the friends I once knew have moved on and the new people seem more power hungrey than I like to be with.
If you are still a member in another guild we want to know that too and why.
--Yes Currently I am still in GoTT... I still enjoy a few of the people there but rarely team with them anymore as they never play at the same time anymore. I enjoy helping the lower levels with questions and a lifeguard from time to time.

Your Experience with CN
- I have been on a few raids with the guild and my wife is also in CN. A few of the members have been my friends for quit some time and know me well.

Why are you applying to CN? Is there a specific reason you chose to apply to our guild?
- mainly the old guilds are all gone or converted into power mad raid grinders. That and my wife enjoy me with her more. Some of the people I have meet thru the ages are also members of CN.

Tell us what your goals are for applying... what do you hope to get out of the guild? Is there anything about how you play EQ now that you hope will change once you are guilded?

- My ultimate goal is to get back to a family style guild that does some raids to help others while the "if we are raiding you must be here" rule does not apply. some days people just don't feel like raids and if forced many others can die.

I have read the CN Rules and Policies and understand and agree with them (Yes/No) Yes!!

(NOTE:) I understand that there is a membership freeze on at the moment but am applying do to having a family member in the guild may be enough of a help to let me join.

Yay for my hubby, but it appears he kinda missed the detail to have it under his own topic. Um, Gala, Silly, Saph, or Rendus, anyone help move his app?

Gotta love Eurdites....all the brain power in that tall forehead but lacking in common sense sometimes. LOL

(And for those not in the know: I am a woman in RL, but when Luclin came out I wasn't too keen on the female graphics...it took awhile for me to warm up to 'em.)

IZZY! Wooot!! This is *fantastic*! Would be so great to see you in the green text of guild chat. :)

I have missed seeing some of the 'old gang'; having you in guild would be so wonderful. Cannot wait! I love Izzy's AOL subscription plan for mobs.. and Izzy's help line! You would fit in CN like a dream. :P

Thank you for your app, Izzumn. Basically, this is just a formality since you're married to a member (that doesn't sound right!). But, even though apps are closed and you're an "exception", we still go through the motions. Of course, join the apps channel and come raid and hang out with us. Looking forward to knowing you. :)

So do we have any extra questions because he is a spouse...?

Perhaps,

Did you take out the garbage?

When is the last time you cooked dinner?

When is the last time you took (spousal member) out to dinner and a movie?

Oh Don't forget the "When was the last time you bought your spouse flowers?"

"Did you give the family pet a bath?"

"Last foot massage for spouse?"

"Last time you let your spouse take a weekend away at a spa?"

I'm sure I'll come up with more later, :)

Holy moly Saphi... is that what your spouse does? Eeek. Be careful of posting stuff like that, the female members of the guild will hit you over the head in a dark alley and steal him away! Lol. :)

I think the application process for spouses may become more difficult than for non-spouses, if this trend continues.

C'Mon Saph and Cruz....don't need to be drilling him for non-EQ related stuff. I know y'all are joking and such, but jeesh. Shouldn't make it harder for spouses to join - how many guildies have a significiant other that gives them a hard time for playing EQ? :tongue3:

He's good to me, spoils me, and the only one I know that pisses me off and makes me laugh at the same time. :angel12: We'll be married for eight years on the 21st. \:D/

For what it is worth from an MIA rogue, Izzy has always been "one of the good guys". I knew Izzy even before I was in CN, somewhat through Tsekande but also through various members of my old guild that was allied with Soldiers of Steel. Izzy was held in high regard by the entire guild even though he wasn't a member of it.

Izzy plays his class very well, and obviously enjoys it if after all this time his only alts are the two teeny-boppers he listed.

Just be careful, though... I seem to remember that he has a strange fetish with surprise pulling gods when you're not looking... Innoruk, was it?

But Reiyn, you're hitting on his selling point!! :) Well, that and his *wonderful* attitude all the time, I've never once known Izzy to have a bad thing to say... and you're right, lots of FoVers used to love grouping with Izzy, even though he wasn't a guildie. Hm... of course, I'm rather enchanter crazy, so that might be skewing my perception a bit. I am rather fond of 'em.

Haha Izzumn has tashed Innoruuk! I think it was the last thing on my Loading, Please Wait screen so I had to sit there for 30 seconds wondering where I would end up. Fortunately it was at the evac site, thanks to Myrron.

Izzy is a great enchanter, right up there with Gala on the skill-scale. He has always been willing to help others without ever asking for anything for himself. All that for just $19.99... but wait, there's more! He also has some truly hilarious hotkey messages. That AOL one is a winner.

hmm Teory just invited my spouse (now ex spouse) into the guild. The three of us were grouped in The Deep for shard fun. My ex thought clicked the 'rez accept' button and it turned out to be guild invite lol. Was kinda interesting after that seeing as we were basically starting the divorce process at about that time. T for the win there:)

Yes its Izzy no user log in yet.... working on it.

I answer a few questions on your replyes...

Last time I gave Tse flowers teh only reply I got was "What'd ya do this time?"

Cooking well. I'm the cook in the house, Tse keeps burning the water.

Dinner and a movie... hmm the first week The chronicals of Narnia was out.

As far as foot masage... she's tickelish, VERY tickelish.

And Reiynman, I so had Inny's knee cap... the rest was the rangers job.

I do lookforward to being a CN and hope I can live up to all the good things everyone has said. And hope to add more miraculas tails of "OMG we LIVED"

The rest was the ranger's job? I felt I did my job very well!

That is... I made sure my sow had plenty of time left and I ran like hell. Job well done.

Well, we did end up with custody of Jaffod afterwards still so there are pros and cons to that method. Your name seems quite familiar Izzumn - look forward to meeting you - heck look forward to seeing any of you again! Bah, life keeps trampling me.

That you sure did Reiyman...ROFLMAO I was doing my usual spree, "oh, something spawned, let's help keel it." I was pretty oblivious until I read that now imfamous 'tash' message and followed by Myrron's evac. If memory serves, that is one of the best memoriess in EQ I ever had...

Yeah, the rest was suppose to have been the ranger's job, but he left that to be the cleric's job. (You read correctly: Cleric was tanking!) Man that was a night and a half: Rei, Myrron, Rachelmarie, Izzy, and me...I think Myrron wasn't the only one needing new knickers...

It's on par with Roladena AoEing Donadorian's horse dead right from under her...or Beeknee accidently pulling the entire Royal court when going for one mob in Chardok - we didn't evac nearly in time for we didn't believe her until Tobermory moved in for a closer look...the crazy times in Splitpaw...

Yep, that was the golem thing that fell off the ledge and ran around telling all of his friends that we'd stopped by. Unfortunately it was within a week of the Inny thing and since it was Tse and I at both events we sorta developed a reputation, completely undeserved.

Eld and I were talking about Dona's horse the other day.... I still miss her.
