or go with minotaur meat recipes if you'd rather kill than fish

lots of tainted feathers and goral fins. gorals in SL are generous with both.

Shaped Darkwood Recurve Bow will take you to 215 from storebought materials. Failures get expensive but you can sell successes back for a little.

If you have a bunch of Taelosian or Discord Stones sitting around you can make arrows from them to 227. Some other recipes are even higher but they also require other exotic materials like girplan feathers and drake wingbones.

Chunks of Condensed Shadow/Fire/Ice plus shafts made from acrylia make arrows that triv at 268. Bricks of acrylia are plentiful in Acrylia Caverns if you already have some chunks from killing aliens in Luclin zones.

After that you can either get lots of treant wood and horse hoofs for bows or make arrows from the common fletching drops in VoA and RoF. Arrows is definitely the cheaper route.

For baking you can make beer-battered planar goo that is triv at 202. Has some sub-combines but you can then make the result into beer-battered planar goo stew (say that fast five times) that is triv 308 so you get two attempts for the one goo drop.

Ok, dumb question...are you a Wood Elf or a Karana worshipper? For Fletching, there are cultural arrows you can do all the way to 300. Mitrhil Champion Arrows for Wood Elves and Blessed Guardian Arrows for Karana worshippers.

If you're a Wood Elf Tunare worshipper you can make the Mithril Champion Arrows. They trivial at 335 and everything should be vendor purchased!

@ Shar - I can't help it...Fletching is the single most annoying TS out there, IMHO. If someone can have it easy, they should! :)

I did naughty things in order to max Fletching...

Meso - true, but I don't count it on my list of annoying tradeskills since not everyone can Tinker!
