Used for what? Fresh meat looks to be new. Never seen natural spices. And then there is some wood plank or some shit. What is that used for?

Fresh Meat is used in Merchant's Feast and Natural Spices is used in Merchant's Brew.

The only way you can make is to be able to complete the first task of the Merchant Alliance quest line and to do that you need to be maxed in all trade skills. Several people have reported not being able to make it. I can only assume it because they didn't scribe the recipe book which is a reward for the first quest in the shawl 3.0 arch.

I've successfully made the brew. I haven't made the feast yet because I haven't been able to get my hands on any Fresh Meat (cue the jokes in five, four, three, two....).

Stop being so picky Em. It doesn't have to be that fresh, older works just as well.....just not so often.
