I found that one interesting. Illegal to who? Clearly whoever is doing it - has no concern of any "authority" doing anything about it - which leads me to believe that whoever is doing it is in charge of the area he is doing it in - thus - not really illegal. If someone passes laws over area they can't govern, those laws carry no weight of sovereignty. Those those things accomplished within self governed land - are in fact... Legal.

Note: I am have only been to 5 places photographed there.
