Greetings Eubedyen,

This is GM Punwinkle at your service! Thank you for taking the time to contact Sony Online Entertainment. I understand that you are unable to summon your Mercenary. I was more than happy to look into this for you today. After reviewing our logs, I was able to verify that in the past 7 days you have not interacted with a Mercenary. As a result of this, it appears as if you do not own one. I am going to suggest that you make the purchase of one and if it still states that you cannot summon your mercenary, please let me know so I can further investigate this issue for you.

For your convenience, I will leave this petition open for the next 72 hours. Please update this petition within the given time frame if you have any other questions or concerns pertaining to this situation and I will be more than happy to further assist you.

Thought they fixed that? I know the merc goes away but I dont think you loose them anymore.

I was buying a ton of stuff for making power sources a while back and drained my on-hand cash, forgetting that I still had my merc out. The heartless wench abandoned me on the spot and I had to go and hire a new one.

They don't disband mercenaries anymore they just suspend them if you run out of cash... I only know cus it happened to me like 3 weeks ago
