Owwwww!!!!

Postby Qmaus » Wed Jan 10, 2007 6:30 pm

Head's up for any interested:

Having my surgery day after tomorrow (sinus surgery).

Busy busy busy this week getting things ready, wow.

My mom is flying in to help out while I'm recovering, so been going nuts getting the apartment ready to receive her; wife going crazy from the stress; apartment got inspected today and I had to prep it for that; etc.

I haven't slept but about 4 hours max in the last two days. Not much more than that for the 3 days prior.

Yes, this also means that Chapter 4 of Lioldra is delayed even further, LOL.

I tried to work on it a bit this week, but either didn't have the time or my brain wasn't "booted up" well enough to manage the task.

It really is coming, I promise, LOL. Sorry about the wait.

Good luck with your surgery, I know you have been looking forward to it and hope that it provides you some relief! If nothing else, you will have some good drugs for a few days :)

I was looking forward to playing EQ during my few days off while recovering from my Sinus surgery this fall. Unfortunately I couldn't stand more than a couple of hours a day of EQ and spent most of the time drugged up and sleeping. Incidentally, Vitty and I met Qmaus on the Saturday following the Tuesday surgery.

I so love Doctor Who, the new episodes from 2005 and out.

And torchwood isnt bad either. You should all see it.

Well, everything went smoothly and I'm now attempting to recuperate. Spending most of my time in bed at the moment. There sure is a lot of blood. I have a headache, too. But anyway, things went well. Talk to you later, guys, I can't currently spend too much time in front of the comp screen without being in a small amount of pain.

Hang in there, you will have almost immediate relief when they take the tubes out of your nose! Stay on the drugs and sleep until then is my advice :)
