Hmm, 9th Druid on the server in regards to tradeskills. But, nothing I am wearing is correct and my stats are off. Says I have 2 GLAAs even though I almost have them all. Guess this thing still has some bugs that need to be worked out.

I was a lil disappointed when it went premium .. I like the idea behind it but I feel if we have a current subscription to EQ we should have auto access . I still have Magelo subscripition so I won't go premium ..

The 2 GLAA Goofy meant unspent ones. It showed me with 7 Raid leadership points for example, and that's how many i had saved at the time.

Yea, your right. But that seems like a worthless stat.

I agree!

Between the actual cost of the game and all 10 expansions, the cost of monthly internet, the donations to ezboard, the premium allakhazam, the premium magelo.....Dang there are enough costs associated with EQ as it is. I for one will not be paying to find out how I compare to other clerics, I could really care less.

Bah, you're still on page one Silly - hehe EQrankings works fine for that and can be done with the free version of magelo :)

I'm so close to breaking into the top 200 in hitpoints!

The tradeskill stuff is wrong too. If you list all the players in ranking order for average tradeskill, it must be factoring in tradeskills that certain classes don't have.

I have everything over 220 and yet my average is under 180. So it must be factoring in Alchemy or Tinkering or something that I can't do and is 0. So stat wise, it is inaccurate.

Guess I need to start sending them e-mails.

Yeah I noticed that :( I'm not sure what my total/average is currently but it did seem to include things like Fishing. I think my average was around 195, that's with all the skills 222-300 range and Fishing at 200.

What are peoples thoughts on this? My magelo subscription ran out end of December and I have not renewed yet.

I have not gone with eqplayers either and to be honest, was not impressed with it over magelo. I found it very slow and showing inaccurate information. I also did not like that it was $3 a month for one character vs. the $12 a year for three accounts on magelo(I only have one but did like the fact that I could cover all my chars on the server).

Anyways, just wanted to see the thoughts for those that went with it and if any are staying with magelo? I am still undecided.

For now i'm staying with magelo but I also don't have premium there so its not apples to apples type of comparison for me. Mostly I use magelo to compare the results of different equipment upgrades and to figure out if I'm past caps on stats and stuff.

I may be silly as I haven't played EQ now but once or twice in the last 2 years...BUT, I still have a Station Pass and keep my Magelo subscription up too! For $12 a year, it's well worth it I think. Couldn't see paying for the premium thingy...all of my stuff is skewed so bad I'm more confused than usual...which is really saying something LOLOLOL!

I have both.

I can't send dirty e-mails telling them what to fix if I don't have complete access to see what needs fixing!

I will stay with Magelo.

Magelo is much faster to begin with. Furthermore, unless I didn't find it cause I have to admit I checked eqplayers just superficial only, I like that it shows how high your Stats actually are, ie how much are you over the cap. Making it easier to decide on items that lack certain attributes.

I also'd miss the feature that I can dress up my toon with items I don't have. To see 'what if'.

That other people can see my stuff is merely a byproduct what I use Magelo for.
