UI tests, Group window mod and Storyline window mod

I'm testing a few changes to UI's that already exist. Basically latching on to other's greatness and testing some stuff. If anyone wants to take a look at some of it:

In your Everquest/UIfiles directory you'll see Default, add a new directory called 'Test' and put these files in it, then use the Load UI screen in alt-O in game and pick Test. If you have any crashes, simply delete the files from Test before loading EQ.

Updated the group window one, it should fix some of the hp % displays being in the wrong spot.

Added in 4 cartography maps. Basically its a grey background to the automap but anyone can then flood fill the the grey to another colour they prefer with an editor like Photoshop. Each file is 1/4 of the background of the map. I mainly used grey for now because some of the map lines didn't show up well on the parchment looking background, I might change to a different colour later.
