That wasn't out of pity on Ben's part.. if he doesn't die 20 times in a night, it's only because he's afk and flopped for half of it

Re: Weirdest sorta-EQ-related dream...ever...

I-80 just goes across the northern part of Ohio.. not much to see. I-70 is worse.. once you get past the mountains it's nothing but corn fields for the next 300+ miles (all of western Ohio, all of Indiana, and all of Illinois) To answer the other question, I was on I-80 heading east because I was dr...

Re: Weirdest sorta-EQ-related dream...ever...

I had a recent nightmare.. I was driving across Ohio one way on the Ohio Turnpike, then back the other way on I-70...

Oh wait, that really happened. That is the close to the crappiest drive that I've ever experienced. Only one worse is through Indiana and Illinois on I-70.

Re: 2012 Planetary Collision - For Miklo

Well, I haven't done any research about potential dates or anything, but a couple hundred years is the blink of an eye in the grand scheme of things.. It's entirely possible that it could be in 2012, or it could be tomorrow.. who knows.

Re: 2012 Planetary Collision - For Miklo

I don't know what the deal will be, whether it will be a planetary collision, a giant asteroid descending and starting another ice age, a massive plague similar to the Black Death, or what, but it would not surprise me in the least to see a massive event occur that will correct the population imbala...

Re: Microsoft Vista....

My version of XP isn't exactly one that's kosher (as far as I know)...my brother-in-law installed it and didn't tell me anything about where it's from, so I don't know. Otherwise, I'd have no problem reinstalling XP. As far as Windows 7, I'm not sure if my wife's school will have a student version a...

Only thing of Lackey's that I've read is her Rhapsody series, which is pretty good. The only complaint I have is she clearly ended the series after 3 books.. then ended it again after 4... now I see a 5th book out.. either end a series or don't lol George Martin's stuff is excellent as well (Crown o...

My computer is shot.. probably motherboard and/or processor fried, so it'll take me a little bit to get that together. Re: Your Petiton Dollars at Work

The idea of "No Child Left Behind" in it's concept is good, as long as it is used properly. Teaching kids not to learn is leaving them behind. The way to Not Leave them behind is to find what works to help a child learn. People over all learn in different ways. My cousin is a firm believe...

Not sure why I'm not on that list, but I'm 300 + 12% trophy for smithing, tailoring, and JC.. currently working on baking, brewing (both over 250), fletching (slacking at 200), and pottery (somewhere near 250)

I also have all the molds and patterns for cultural armor for ikkys..
