I joined the pickup channel a couple nights ago with my necro alt. The general consensus within the channel is that pickup raids do not happen any more and the people just use it as a chat channel. I was, however, told that "if you lead it, they will come".

Also good news. - Added some additional logging and error-checking to the Plane of Time. These changes should address the issue where an instance would not progress past Phase 1 in some circumstances. I like the idea of sound notification whenever a mob starts to cast Gate or Complete Healing. Great...
